No-show policy

A no-show is when you don't cancel and don't arrive within 30 minutes of the event's start time.

• Subscribers: repeat no-shows can lead to booking restrictions.
• Single-ticket holders: no refund and you can't book that date again.

The fix is simple, always cancel on the website, even at the last minute.
