Cancellation deadline and late cancellations

The cut-off is the same for every event: 23:59 (11:59 PM), two days before the event, in your local time.

After the deadline:

• No refund.
• The same event can't be rescheduled.
• You can still cancel on the website, and you should, it warns your table and avoids no-show penalties.

If it was a real emergency, contact support with the event ID.
