Report a user or safety concern

We take safety seriously. Two ways to report:

In Joiner Connect (after the event)

1. Open the conversation with the person.
2. Click the ⋯ menu in the top right.
3. Choose Delete and report.
4. Pick a reason and submit.

Through support

Send a request via Contact us with topic «Report a user / safety». Include the event date, location, and what happened.

All reports go to our Trust & Safety team and are reviewed individually. We do not share your identity with the reported person.
